Can I ask for customizations or modifications on products?
All jewelry is made to order so we're happy to make any item as "yours" as possible. So if you have any special requests about any poduct or a totally new custom project in mind don't hesitate to contact us and we'll try to make it happen!
How long will it take to get my orders?
All the jewelry is handmade on order, so we have a processing time of 5-7 days. The delivery itself depends on where you are and on the shipping method you choose. Usually it takes about 5-7 days in Europe and 1-3 weeks in the United States. More information on Shipping Information.
Can I return an item if I don't like it?
We accept returns and exchanges, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Please note that buyers are responsible for retun postage.
