Returns, Refund, Exchange and Cancellations

Every single situation will be considered on a case-to-case basis.


We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from our handmade jewelry online store. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange, subject to the following conditions:

  1. Item(s) must be returned in their original condition, unworn and undamaged, with all original packaging and tags attached.
  2. Custom or personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.
  3. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team with your order number and a detailed description of the issue. We will provide you with instructions on how to proceed with the return.
  4. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, send us an email with your order number, a description of the issue, and a photo of the damaged item.


Orders can be canceled within 24 hours.
